Ather Energy has announced a new format for its service centres called Gold. Ather Energy CEO, Tarun Mehta revealed the same on his social media handles.
With the introduction of Ather Gold, the brand plans to elevate the overall customer experience at its service centres. It will include a detailed service guidebook along with the ExpressCare for 60-minute service. Ather also aims to match its service centres' overall theme and vibe with the Experience centres.
Over the next few months, all the existing Ather service centres will be upgraded to Gold ones. The upcoming service centres will also be Gold Standard by default. That said, the introduction of Ather Gold will not reflect any monetary changes for the customer.
