Bajaj has made changes in its 5-5-5 customer benefit scheme and, extended the validity till 31 December while renaming it the Goodbye 2018 offer.
The full-fledged scheme will now be available only on the Platina 100ES motorcycle. The CT100 customers cannot avail the damage insurance benefit but they get five free services and five year free warranty. As for the rest of the Bajaj bikes, benefits are limited to five year free warranty only.
The 5-5-5 scheme, which was earlier named as Mehengai Mana hai, provides benefits of five free services, five year free own damage insurance and five year free warranty. This was applicable on the purchase of the V12, V15, Pulsar range, Discover, Platina and CT100.
First three free services will be done within a year of purchase while the subsequent two services will be executed in the second year. Under this scheme, only the labour charges will be exempted.
Bajaj first announced the 5-5-5 scheme in the first week of October. This was the month when the company recorded its highest ever monthly sales by selling 432,985 units, domestic and exports combined.
