Bajaj Auto has revised the prices of its motorcycles in the Indian market and this increase has affected its Avenger series. Post the price increase, the Avenger 220 Cruise is available for Rs 1,24,635 as against Rs 1,22,630. The lower displacement version of the Avenger series, the Avenger 160 Street is now listed at Rs 1,02,592 instead of Rs 1,01,094 previously.
This price hike does not bring any styling changes or added features to the cruiser-style motorcycles. Thus, the Avenger 220 Cruise continues to use a 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that makes 18.76bhp and 17.55Nm. The Avenger 160 Street, on the other hand, is powered by a 160cc, air-cooled motor that produces 14.79bhp and 13.7Nm.
Apart from the Avenger series, Bajaj Auto has also revised the prices of the Pulsar range, Dominar series, and its commuter motorcycles, the Platina 100, Platina 110H, CT100, and the CT110.
