Leaked documents have revealed the specifications of the upcoming Bajaj Dominar 400 BS6 ahead of its launch. According to the data revealed by the document, the BS6 compliant Bajaj Dominar 400 will draw 39.4bhp of peak power from its 373.27cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor. The peak power output figure is identical to the BS4 motorcycle, although the number is reached at 8,800rpm instead of 8,650rpm on the previous version.
Apart from the power output figure, the leaked document also reveals the dimensions of the BS6 model, and they remain identical to the BS4 motorcycle. Thus, the Bajaj Dominar 400 BS6 will continue to measure 2,156mm in length, 836mm in width and 1,112mm in height. The wheelbase of 1,453mm, too, is identical to the Dominar 400 BS4.
The styling will remain unaltered during the BS6 transition, and the latest iteration of the Bajaj Dominar 400 will continue to feature muscular design. The modern styling will be complemented by premium features such as full-LED lighting, split-style instrument cluster, upside-down telescopic front forks, preload-adjustable rear mono-shock, disc brakes on both wheels and dual-channel ABS.
The bookings for the BS6 compliant model are already open for a token amount of Rs 5,000. The Dominar 400 BS6, as reported previously, will be available at Rs 1,91,751 (ex-showroom, Pune), which is about Rs 1,750 more expensive than its predecessor.
