Potential customers for Bajaj Dominar 400 who have always been complaining about lack of a black colour option, are likely to get one soon. This time around, the Dominar 400 has been spotted in black colour, in addition to the existing colours like – midnight blue, twilight plum and moon white. Apart from the new shade, the bike does not get any other mechanical or cosmetic upgrade.
Bajaj Dominar 400 is powered by 373cc, single-cylinder engine that generates 34.5bhp of power at 8,000rpm and 35Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. The bike with a liquid cooling system comes mated to a six-speed transmission. The bike gets disc brakes on the front as well as the rear with radially mounted ByBre calipers and ABS is optional.
As for features, the bike gets full-LED headlight system with AHO (Auto Headlights On), reverse LCD display on instrument cluster and a secondary display on the fuel tank. The new black colour option is likely to regenerate interest in the product which has been witnessing a drop in sales in recent times.
