Bajaj Motorcycles has finally teased their flagship motorcycle – the Dominar 400. Unveiled first as the Pulsar CS400 at 2014 Auto Expo, the Dominar 400 is the most awaited motorcycle from the Pune-based manufacturer.
This power cruiser from Bajaj has been inspired from the Ducati Diavel. With its 375cc single-cylinder engine, the Dominar 400 will compete with the Royal Enfields, especially the Classic 350. Bajaj is bullish about their new motorcycle and are expecting to sell close to 10,000 units a month. While Bajaj hasn’t released any official images or any specifications, we think that the power output will be detuned to suit the bikes’ cruising nature. The Dominar 400 will be equipped with dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS). It gets telescopic forks in the front and an offset monoshock at the rear.
We expect Bajaj to launch the Dominar 400 with two colour schemes only. Pricing will be on the competitive side and deliveries will begin soon after the official launch.
Stay tuned as we get you more details on the new Bajaj Dominar 400.
