The Bajaj Dominar 400 has been spotted with a new paint scheme at a dealership.
This new paint scheme combines the existing matte black colour with matte golden alloy wheels. The bike was also recently spotted in a red and black colour scheme.
We can expect the manufacturer to unveil the new paint schemes on the Dominar 400 for the next model year in January. Apart from the paint jobs, the bike is not expected to feature any major mechanical changes and will continue to use the same 373cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. This unit produces 34.5bhp and 35Nm of torque via a six-speed transmission with a slipper clutch.
The Dominar 400 is targeted towards the youth and the new paint schemes will add to the overall appeal of the bike. The bike would ideally be compared with the KTM 390 Duke in terms of similar engine displacement. However, Bajaj has positioned the Dominar as a tourer and it goes head on against Royal Enfield’s Classic 350 and the Mahindra Mojo.
