Bajaj has launched two new riding communities for the owners of Avenger and Pulsar RS200, on the occasion of World Motorcycle Day. Christened Pulsar Maniacs and The Avenger Gods, both these professionally supervised rider groups have been launched in seven cities - Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
Under the banner of Pulsar Maniacs and The Avenger Gods, Bajaj will organise a range of rides right from breakfast rides to long distance tours for the owners of Pulsar RS200 and Avenger motorcycles. Apart from organising these rides, Bajaj will also take care of safety gear for riders as well as service and emergency support. These rides will be undertaken under the supervision of expert riders from the company. The first ride of The Avenger Gods will be flagged off on June 23, taking 15 Avenger riders on a 700 kilometre journey from Chandigarh to Tirthan valley. Apart from the ride, the participants will also be able to engage in activities like star gazing, trout fishing, forest trail, bonfire and barbeque.
Bajaj already hosts customer engagement activities like Pulsar Mania and Pulsar Festival of Speed to cater to Pulsar owners with a taste stunting and racing. With the addition of Pulsar Maniacs and The Avenger Gods rider communities, the company now aims to attract a touring-focussed audience. Bajaj will eventually widen the reach of these rider groups to include other cities. As of now, there is no joining fee for those wishing to be part of these communities.
