- Priced at Rs 40,500 ex-showroom, Delhi
- Gets Combi Brake System (CBS) for safer and reliable braking
- Available in Ebony black with silver decals and Cocktail wine red colour schemes
Bajaj Auto has updated its commuter offering, the Platina 100 with Combi Brake System (CBS). The motorcycle has been priced at Rs 40,500 ex-showroom Delhi, and carries a marginal hike of Rs 100 over the non-CBS model.
Positioned above the CT 100, the Platina 100 features Bajaj’s ComforTec technology with longer front and rear suspension for a more comfortable ride along with rubber footpads, directional tyres and a softer seat. The motorcycle now also gets Combi Brake System (CBS) which partially applies the front brake upon the application of the rear brake. This reduces the overall braking distance thus improving braking efficiency.
The Platina 100 continues to be powered by a 102cc single-cylinder mill with Bajaj’s DTS-i technology for efficient combustion. The motor is capable of producing 8.1bhp and 8.6Nm and comes mated to a four-speed gearbox.
Available across all Bajaj dealerships in the country, the Platina 100 is available in two colour schemes, Ebony black with silver decals and Cocktail wine red.
