Bajaj has launched the Pulsar 125 BS6 in India with a starting price of Rs 69, 997. It is also available in a front disc version which costs Rs 74, 118 (both prices ex-showroom). Honda SP 125: Rs 73, 452
Honda offers the SP 125 which is the Pulsar 125’s biggest rival at Rs 73,452 for the base variant. The motorcycle is also available in a disc version which costs Rs 77,652. The Honda SP 125 continues with the design silhouette of the Shine SP although with more premium styling and features like a fully-digital instrument cluster. Powering the motorcycle is a 125cc engine with electronic fuel injection. It produces 10.5bhp of power and 10.3Nm of torque and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
TVS Ntorq 125: Rs 65,975
If you are looking for a scooter in the price bracket of the Bajaj Pulsar 125, there are three options. One of them is the TVS Ntorq 125 that is offered in three variants. The base version costs Rs 65,975 while the disc and Race Edition are priced at Rs 69,975 and Rs 72,455 each. The Ntorq 125 offers first-in-class features like a fully-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. Powering the scooter is a 124cc motor that is capable of producing 9.1bhp and 10.5Nm.
Aprilia SR 125: Rs 92,517
Another sports scooter on offer is the Aprilia SR 125 that is offered in a single version priced at Rs 92,517. The SR 125 borrows its styling from the SR 150 which is also available in India. Hence it rides on large 14-inch wheels at both ends and has a body style that replicates pit scooters. Aprilia has equipped the SR 125 with a 124cc engine that puts out 9.4bhp of power and 8.2Nm of torque.
Suzuki Access 125: Rs 67,100
You could also have a family scooter in the form of the Suzuki Access 125. Sporting chrome elements and a curvy bodywork, the Access is aimed at a wider audience. Suzuki is offering the scooter in three variants starting from Rs 67,100 for the steel wheels variant. It is also available in an alloy wheel with drum variant at Rs 69,100 and disc variant priced at Rs 70,000. The Suzuki Access 125 is powered by a 124cc motor that puts out 8.6bhp of power and 10Nm of torque.
