Bajaj Auto has revised the prices of the Pulsar 150 BS6 models in India. All the variants of the motorcycle have become up to Rs 999 more expensive now. It is available in three variants including Neon, single disc and twin disc and the detailed prices (ex-showroom, Pune) of these versions are mentioned in below table.
Although the price hike is marginal, it’s worth noting that this is the second time Bajaj has increased the prices of the Pulsar 150 BS6 since it was launched in February this year. The first hike was witnessed in May 2020 which was a substantial increase of up to Rs 4,500.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is powered by a 150cc, single-cylinder, SOHC, air-cooled engine which now gets fuel-injection, in place of the BS4 version’s carburetor. Despite the changes, the power figures have remained nearly identical at 13.8bhp and 13.25Nm. The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
The styling of the Pulsar 150 has remained majorly unchanged for years with a large headlamp, beefy fuel tank along with sharp extensions and tail section. In terms of features, it sports LED position lamps, analogue console with orange backlit LCD display and illuminated switchgear. The hardware package comprises of telescopic forks, dual shock absorbers, disc-drum braking setup along with an option of a disc at both ends.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 BS6 goes up against the TVS Apache RTR 160 and the Honda Unicorn.
