- Bajaj Pulsar 220F now available at Rs 1,31,674
- Gets expensive by Rs 4,000
- Continues to use 220cc single-cylinder engine
Bajaj Auto has revised the prices of its Pulsar range in the Indian market. The latest price revision also affects the highest displacement Pulsar motorcycle, the Pulsar 220F. Post the price increase, the Pulsar 220F is available at Rs 1,31,674 as against Rs 1,27,674, making it Rs 4,000 more expensive than before. Do note that this price increase does not bring any cosmetic or mechanical upgrades to the motorcycle.
The company gave the motorcycle a cosmetic upgrade by introducing the Dagger Edge Edition. The Pulsar 220F Dagger Edge features bold graphics that are visible on the fairing, fuel tank, rear panel, and engine cowl. The motorcycle is available in four colours – Volcanic Red, Pearl White, Sparkle Black, and Sapphire Blue. The styling cues on the motorcycle include a twin-pod headlight with DRL, semi-fairing design, split-style seat, and an engine cowl. The feature list comprises a halogen-style headlight, LED taillight, and a semi-digital instrument cluster.
The mechanical specifications include a 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that makes 20bhp of power at 8,500rpm and 18.55Nm of peak torque at 7,000rpm.
Apart from the Pulsar range, Bajaj Auto has also revised the prices of the Avenger and Dominar models. While all motorcycles have received a price increase, the Dominar 250 is now cheaper by Rs 16,800.
