-Pulsar 220F gets a new colour option
-No mechanical changes
-Continues to retail at Rs 1.07 lakhs (ex-showroom)
Bajaj has launched the Pulsar 220F in a new ‘Volcanic Red’ colour scheme in India. It continues to retail at Rs 1.07 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The new colour scheme consists of a base matte red colour that features orange and black graphics on the semi-fairing, front fender, belly pan and tail section. The bike also sports a small strip of orange rim tape. Besides the new 'Volcanic Red' colour, the Pulsar 220F is available in the dual-tone colours of black with blue and black with red.
Apart from the addition of the new colour, the Pulsar 220F remains the same mechanically. It comes powered by a 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled motor that produces 21bhp of power and 19Nm of torque. The motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are taken up by telescopic forks upfront and gas-charged dual shock absorbers for the rear. Braking is done by disc brakes at both ends with a single-channel ABS.
The new colour for the Pulsar 220F is expected to be available in Bajaj dealerships across India in the next couple of weeks.
