- Pulsar F250 available at Rs 1.41 lakh
Bajaj Auto has officially discontinued the Pulsar 220F. The motorcycle is missing from the company’s website and dealers have stopped receiving the prices for the model. Furthermore, the company confirmed to Bikewale that it has stopped the production of the motorcycle.
The company gave the motorcycle a cosmetic upgrade in July 2021 by introducing the Dagger Edge Edition. This version of the 220F packed bold graphics and was available in four colours – Volcanic Red, Pearl White, Sparkle Black, and Sapphire Blue. With the Pulsar 220F discontinued, what’s the alternative? Potential buyers can consider the newly launched Pulsar F250 which is available at Rs 1.41 lakh. The Pulsar 220F, for reference, was available at Rs 1.34 lakh before it was discontinued.
The motorcycle did not receive any major upgrades during its lifetime and the changes were mostly limited to cosmetics. The mechanical specifications included a 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that produced 20bhp of power at 8,500rpm and 18.55Nm of peak torque at 7,000rpm.
The company has no plans to bring back the Pulsar 220F in the near future.
