Bajaj Auto will commence the dispatches of the all-new Pulsar F250 and the Pulsar N250 on 10 November, 2021. The day marks the anniversary of the dispatches of the first-generation Pulsar motorcycles. The deliveries are expected to commence soon after.
The Pune-based two-wheeler maker announced the launch of the motorcycles on 28 October, 2021. The new Pulsar N250 and the Pulsar F250 have been priced at Rs 1.38 lakh and Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively.
The motorcycles share the underpinnings, cycle parts, and mechanical specifications. Thus, the quarter-litre models from Bajaj Auto use a 249.07cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine that produces 24.1bhp of power at 8,750rpm and 21.5Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox that benefits from a slipper and assist clutch mechanism.
The hardware on the Pulsar F250 and the Pulsar N250 comprises telescopic front forks, a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock, and single discs on both wheels. The feature list on both models includes full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and a single-channel ABS. Both motorcycles are available in two colour options – Techno Grey and Racing Red.
