Bajaj Auto has announced that its quarter-litre Pulsar models have reached the 10,000 units sales milestone in less than six months since their launch in October 2021. The company added in its press statement that this is the fastest any 250-cc motorcycle has reached this sales milestone in the post-Bharat Stage VI (BSVI) era.
The Pulsar 250 range comprises two variants – Pulsar F250 and the Pulsar N250. The naked roadster is priced at Rs 1,43,680 while the faired version is available at Rs 1,44,979 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Both variants are available in three colours – Techno Grey, Racing Red, and the newly-launched Caribbean Blue. Both variants use the same 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that makes 24.1bhp of power and 21.5Nm of peak torque. The motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The feature list comprises full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and a slipper clutch as standard.
Speaking about the sales milestone, Sarang Kanade, President of Motorcycle Business – Bajaj Auto, said that this sales milestone underlines the customers’ trust in Pulsar and the increasing demand for sports motorcycles due to high aspirations and changing lifestyles.
