- New Pulsar NS160 variant spied at dealership
- Features new wheel design as well
- Expected to be around Rs 3,000 pricier
A new variant of the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, featuring a rear disc brake, has recently been spotted. The new variant was snapped at a dealership, hinting that the motorcycle will be launched in the next couple of weeks.
The Pulsar NS160 was launched over a year ago in a single variant, featuring a drum brake at the rear. The competitive price tag and its semblance to the bigger NS200 have made the motorcycle quite popular among the masses. Now, we can expect a further boost in demand with the introduction of the rear disc brake variant. It is also clear from the photos that the motorcycle gets a new design for the alloy wheels.
As the new Pulsar NS160 was spotted at the dealership, it seems like Bajaj has already commenced dispatch of the bike to certain regions. As such, we can expect the bike to be officially launched in the next couple of weeks. The bike will cost around Rs 3,000 more than the base variant. It will compete against the Suzuki Gixxer, Honda X-Blade, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and the Yamaha FZ-S FI.
