Bajaj has unveiled the Pulsar NS200 Adventure edition at the Istanbul Motobike Show.
The bike is based on the standard NS200 and as the name suggests, sports additional equipment to improve its touring capabilities. It gets an engine sump guard, auxiliary lights, top-box and pannier racks, and headlamp mesh grill. The bike also sports a GPS device mounted on the handlebar.
Unlike the Indian version, this bike gets a fuel-injection system. It is powered by a 199cc single-cylinder engine that produces 23.2bhp and 18.6Nm of torque via a six-speed gearbox.
Nevertheless, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Adventure edition is unlikely to make its way to India. The manufacturer which earlier had the Pulsar AS200 (AS stood for Adventure Sports) in the Indian market discontinued the bike due to lack of demand.
