-Features Bluetooth connectivity and navigation
The Bajaj Pulsar NS400 is just around the corner with the launch set to take place on 3 May. The Pulsar NS400 is being highlighted as the biggest and most expensive Pulsar yet. However, Bajaj is looking to price the NS400 at an aggressive price point while offering as much value for money as they can. After all, VFM has always been the biggest USP of the Bajaj Pulsar range.
A leaked shot of the NS400’s digital instrument cluster reveals some interesting details. The NS400 will be the first Pulsar ever to feature a colour LCD-TFT instrument cluster. Almost all of the Pulsars in the range feature an LCD cluster only. ‘
It is a reverse LCD-type display with a bar-style digital tachometer and fuel gauge. The speedometer is placed in the center and there’s a gear position indicator to its left. The clock, side stand-down indicator, and traction control information slots above the speedo. Below the speedo there’s the odometer and trip meter as well as the mode display. The bike will have four ride modes- Road, Sport, Rain, and Off-road.
This cluster will also feature Bluetooth Connectivity. Using a dedicated app, the rider can pair their phone and get incoming calls, missed calls, and message information. It also shows the phone battery status and network signal strength.
To the right of the LCD is what appears to be a square-shaped LCD. This should likely show turn-by-turn navigation information. The Pulsar NS400’s instrument cluster is certainly quite a feature-packed unit.
We expect to see Bajaj launch the bike around the Rs 2 lakh to Rs 2.20 lakh mark. We’ve had a chance to see the production Pulsar, and here are all the details.
