Bajaj Motorcycles has delayed the launch of its flagship motorcycle – the Pulsar VS400. This motorcycle was previously confirmed to launch in August, however, Bajaj says this delay is a planned one.
As per S Ravikumar, president, business development, Bajaj Motorcycles, the launch of the Pulsar VS400 has been pushed by a couple of weeks to match it with the festive season. It looks like the Pune-based manufacturer wants to focus more on its volume-based products like the CT100, Platina and the smaller Pulsars. The festive season has already begun, however, majority of the two-wheeler sales take place during Dussehra and Diwali, which will begin from the middle of next month. We believe Bajaj will launch the Pulsar VS400 during that time, and it being a flagship product, Bajaj will leave no stone unturned for its launch.
Bajaj has already invited couple of its dealers for the technical and training sessions. A couple of days ago, the Pulsar VS400 was spied in North India during a TV shoot. As per a source, this shoot is still not done and there’s a high chance that the bike will be seen either in Mumbai or Delhi roads in the next couple of days.
