- Bajaj sold 1.76 lakh units in India last month
- Exports see commendable 18 per cent growth

Bajaj Auto Limited has registered a 14 per cent drop in sales in India for November 2019.
The Pune-based manufacturer sold 1.76 lakh motorcycles in the country last month as compared to the 2.05 lakh units it sold in November 2018. However, with a strong hold in international markets, Bajaj witnessed an 18 per cent growth in exports. It sold 1.67 lakh motorcycles overseas in November 2019 in comparison to the 1.41 lakh units in the corresponding month last year. Cumulatively, the manufacturer sold 3.43 lakh motorcycles, recording a marginal decrease in sales.
In other news, Bajaj recently introduced the RS 200 in a dual-channel ABS version that is priced at Rs 1.43 lakhs (ex-showroom). It has also invested Rs 57 crore in e-mobility service provider, Yulu. Speaking of electric transportation, Bajaj will also launch its first electric product, the Chetak electric scooter in India in January 2020.
