Bajaj has registered a 25 per cent increase in domestic sales for January 2019, selling 2.08 lakh motorcycles last month. In comparison, the manufacturer had sold 1.63 lakh units in January 2018.
The company which also has a strong overseas sales network, shipped off 1.47 lakh motorcycles as against 1.25 lakh motorcycles exported in January last year; witnessing a 17 per cent increase. Overall, Bajaj saw its sales grow by 25 per cent with a total of 3.5 lakh motorcycles sold last month as compared to 2.88 lakh units in January 2018.
Bajaj recently introduced the Pulsar 180F in India at Rs 86,490 (ex-showroom). It also launched the Pulsar NS200 in a new yellow colour scheme albeit without any changes in pricing. The company will soon launch the 2019 Dominar 400 which sports inverted front forks, a few cosmetic changes and a likely bump in power output.
