Bajaj to launch another sports bike in the next two months

Bajaj is on a launch spree. After launching the most anticipated motorcycle, the Pulsar RS200, earlier this month, the Pune-based manufacturer launched the Pulsar AS200 and the Pulsar AS150 this week and they don’t plan to stop there. 

During the launch of the new adventure sports motorcycle, Rajiv Bajaj, MD, Bajaj Motorcycles, mentioned about an another launch in the next two months. The company is tight-lipped about this launch, however, they mentioned that the bike will fall under the sports segment. We believe the motorcycle in question could be the SS400, which was unveiled at the 2014 Auto Expo. We have come to this conclusion because the SS400 has been spied testing around Pune many times in the last few months. There is a slight possibility of the CS400 being launched because the consumer responses were really good when it was showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo. 

 Interestingly, few months ago, Bajaj had mentioned about a new Avenger that will make its way to the Indian market. However, that news died out as there no signs of the test mules doing the rounds of Pune. And we don’t think the new Avenger will be launched in the next two months.
