The Bangalore edition of Bajaj Festival of Speed will be conducted on April 2. Scheduled to start at 2pm, the event will be hosted on the Meco Kartopia LLP Race ground on the Hennur Bagalur Road of the IT capital of the country.
Events like the Festival of Speed attract an enthusiast audience and help the company promote the sporty image of its motorcycles. This event aims to help customers realise the racing potential of their Pulsar motorcycles in a controlled environment. Owners of all Bajaj Pulsar models above 200cc will get the chance to test their riding skills and compete on a specially laid out track. Besides racing, the Festival of speed will also host a skateboarding event, bicycle motocross, stunt shows, DJ performances and a rock concert. After Bangalore, the Festival of Speed carnival will move on to Chennai.
Speaking about the Festival of Speed, Mr Sumeet Narang, VP, marketing, Bajaj Auto Ltd said, “Conceptualising India’s first speed biking festival is an offering for the sports biking enthusiast in the country. We hope to engage over 40,000 riders/enthusiasts across the country through the mega show this year. More than speed, Pulsar is also about adrenaline and fun and hence the festival has been so designed.”
