- Priced at Rs 5.20 lakh
- Uses a 500cc parallel-twin engine
Benelli India has updated the colour palette for its middleweight cruiser motorcycle, the 502C with the addition of a new option. The Benelli 502c is now available in three colours as against two at launch. These include Matte Cognac Red, Matte Black, and newly added Glossy Black.
The specific colours are visible on the front fender, fuel tank, and rear panel. All other parts such as the chassis, alloy wheels, and the engine feature black colour while the twin-pod exhaust canisters get a silver finish with black tips. The company has also revised the ex-showroom (Pan India) price tag for the 502c and the middleweight cruiser is now available at Rs 5.20 lakh as against Rs 4.98 lakh at launch.
The price hike does not bring any changes to the feature list, and the 502C continues to pack full-LED lighting, a digital instrument cluster, a 21.5-litre fuel tank, and dual-channel ABS. The mechanical specifications, too, remain unchanged and the 502c continues to use a 500cc, parallel-twin engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is tuned to produce 46.8bhp at 8,500rpm and 46Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm.
The motorcycle is available for bookings on Benelli India’s website for a token amount of Rs 10,000.
