Benelli has launched the Imperiale 400 Retro Edition in the Thailand market. This edition, which has been priced at 1,39,900 baht (Rs 3.40 lakh), will be available in limited numbers in the country. Benelli will only offer 100 units of the Imperiale 400 Retro Edition in Thailand.
The Retro Edition looks similar to the standard Imperiale 400, although it gets some additional accessories like a smoked fly-screen with Benelli branding and fork gaiters for the front suspension. The changes are limited to the addition of the aforementioned accessories.
Everything else, on the other hand, is similar to the standard Imperiale 400. Thus, the Retro Edition continues to feature a round headlight, taillight and blinkers, twin-pod instrument cluster, peanut-shaped fuel tank with pad on both sides, and split-style seats.
Mechanical specifications, too, are identical to the standard Imperiale 400, and the Retro Edition is powered by a 373.5cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 20.7bhp at 5,500rpm and 28Nm at 3,500rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed transmission.
