- TNT 25, TNT 600 GT no longer on sale in India
- Company will focus only on high-selling bikes
- TRK 502, Leoncino will be launched this year
Mahavir Group and Benelli have decided to take two of its low-selling motorcycles, the TNT 25 and the TNT 600 GT, off its shelf.
These two companies forged an alliance this month after the DSK Group ran into financial troubles. As a part of their new strategy, the company will focus on bikes that do well. This is why the TNT 25 and the touring version of the TNT 600i were taken off the market. Unfortunately, these bikes won’t make a comeback as the company plans to launch new bikes only henceforth.
The company currently sells the 302R, the TNT 300 and the TNT 600i. These bikes have been doing decent for the Italian maker and the dealers are happy too. However, these bikes will make its way to the showrooms from October onwards, once the new Hyderabad plant is operational.
The company will launch two new motorcycles this year, the TRK 502 and the Leoncino. Both the bikes will have more than one variants so that the company can cater to a wider audience.
