The Benelli TNT 300 ABS has been priced at Rs 3.29 lakhs (ex-showroom). The addition of the dual-channel ABS system has led to a price hike of Rs 25,000 for the streetfighter.
While the KTM 390 Duke was the only other streetfighter in this market space to offer ABS, the TNT 300 has now joined the league. Benelli TNT 300’s supersport sibling, the 302R, was launched in July 2017 with ABS as standard. Now, this safety feature has been introduced in the TNT 300 as standard. The ABS can be switched off at the press of a button located on the left mirror mount. It continues to be powered by a 300cc parallel-twin engine, delivering 37.7bhp and 26.5Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed transmission.
Benelli dealers have started accepting bookings for the TNT 300 ABS version for a token amount of Rs 30,000. With this move, Benelli has now discontinued the standard version of the TNT 300. Apart from the 390 Duke, the TNT 300 competes against the Kawasaki Z250.
