- New TRK 800 spotted
- Powered by 80bhp motor
- India launch likely
Benelli has been working on a host of bikes and a big ADV bike is one of them. The TRK 800 was recently spotted undisguised in China.
This motorcycle which goes by the name QJMotor SRB 750 in China was part of Benelli’s new model plan strategy that was leaked this January. From the looks of it, the TRK 800 is production ready and could hit the production line in the next few months.
The TRK 800 gets its power from the same motor that powers the 752S cruiser and the Leoncino 800 scrambler. This 745cc parallel-twin motor makes around 80bhp of peak power and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Just like the other new Benellis, the TRK 800 is likely to get a host of new features and electronic aids like TFT instrument, keyless ignition and riding modes.
The official launch of this Benelli was earlier planned for September but due to COVID-19 pandemic, the launch would have been pushed by a few months. We are expecting this bike to make its way to the Indian market early next year.
