- 2022 BMW F900 XR revealed
- Gets new colour
- No changes to mechanicals or styling
BMW Motorrad has updated its entire line-up of motorcycles for 2022. While we reported about the updated F 900 R earlier, now, the manufacturer has also revealed the 2022 F 900 XR.
The updated model receives a new paint scheme called Triple Black with Black Storm Metallic. BMW Motorrad has also fitted the F 900 XR with knuckle guards as standard equipment. It will also continue to be offered in the Racing Red colour although the Galvanic Gold Metallic paint has been dropped from the list.
However, besides the new paint scheme, the 2022 F 900 XR remains the same as before. It comes powered by a 895cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 105bhp of power and 92Nm of peak torque. The six-speed gearbox comes with a mechanically operated anti-hopping clutch.
You also get a host of features like the full-LED lighting, Bluetooth-enabled 6.5-inch, TFT instrument cluster as well as ABS, switchable traction control, and two riding modes- Road and Rain that can be updated by opting for BMW’s Pro package. BMW is expected to introduce the 2022 F 900 XR internationally soon and is also likely to be introduced in India by the end of this year.
