BMW Motorrad has commenced the deliveries of the newly launched G 310 RR in the Indian market. The new G 310 RR, which is the rebadged version of the TVS Apache RR 310, was launched in the Indian market with prices starting from Rs 3.85 lakh.
It is available in a single variant and two colours – Standard and Style Sport. The Standard paint option features a Black Storm Metallic shade while the more premium Style Sport variant gets Racing Blue Metallic with Racing Red colour. The colour options affect the ex-showroom prices and the Standard model is available at Rs 3.85 lakh. The bolder Style Sport version, in comparison, is priced at Rs 3.99 lakh.
The differences are limited to the colour themes. The feature list, hardware, and mechanical specifications, on the other hand, are identical. Thus, the G 310 RR uses full-LED lighting, a five-inch colour-TFT display sans Bluetooth connectivity, ride-by-wire throttle, four riding modes (Track, Urban, Rain and Sport), and dual-channel ABS with rear wheel lift-off protection.
The mechanical specifications include a 313cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 33.5bhp at 9,700rpm and a peak torque of 27.3Nm at 7,700rpm in the Track and Sport modes. However, the power and torque output is lowered to 25.4bhp at 7,700rpm and 25Nm at 6,700rpm in the Rain and Urban modes.
