The BMW G310 GS has arrived in India priced at Rs 3.49 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Around a similar price tag there are seven motorcycles you can buy. Here is what the list looks like.
In a streetfighter bodystyle there is the Benelli TNT 300 priced at Rs 3.43 lakhs. The bike is powered by a 300cc parallel-twin engine that produces 38.2bhp and 27Nm of torque. You could also have the Kawasaki Z250 which retails at Rs 3.08 lakhs. It uses a 249cc, parallel-twin engine that puts out 31bhp and 21Nm of torque.
Also on offer are four fully-faired motorcycles. There is the Benelli 302R that comes with a price tag of Rs 3.62 lakhs. It uses the same 300cc parallel-twin engine as the TNT 300. Kawasaki offers the Ninja 300 which is powered by a 296cc, parallel-twin motor that produces 39bhp and 27Nm of torque. The bike is priced at Rs 3.60 lakhs. The Yamaha YZF-R3 costs Rs 3.48 lakhs. It uses a 321cc parallel-twin engine that puts out 41bhp and 29.6Nm of torque. You could also buy the Hyosung GT250R which retails at Rs 3.44 lakhs. The GT250R uses a 249cc V-twin engine which produces 28bhp and 22Nm of torque.
Using a similar engine as the GT250R is the Hyosung GV250, the only cruiser in this list. This unit produces 26.2bhp and 21.3Nm of torque. The bike carries a Rs 3.30 lakhs price tag.
