BMW Motorrad is all set to launch the TVS Apache RR310-based entry-level sportbike, the G310 RR, in India. The brand has teased the bike multiple times till now, giving us a glimpse of its styling and colours. While the launch might still be some time away, official bookings for the G310 RR have already commenced in India. Potential customers can book the motorcycle at BMW’s authorised dealerships and through its official website.
BMW has also confirmed that the official India debut of the G310 RR will take place on 15 July 2022 and the deliveries will be carried out on a first come first serve basis. Those opting to finance the bike will have the facility to buy it at zero down payment with low monthly payments, starting from Rs 3,999.
The teaser images and video of the motorcycle have revealed that the G310 RR will be identical to the Apache RR310 in many areas. While the overall styling will mostly be the same, BMW will offer it in different colour options, one of which is the brand’s signature white paint with blue and red ‘M’ style graphics. Moreover, the suspension, brakes, wheels, chassis, and 312.2cc engine are also expected to be the same as the big Apache.
Once launched, the motorcycle will compete against the KTM RC 390, Kawasaki Ninja 300, and of course, its cousin the TVS Apache RR310.
