- G310R, G310GS gets expensive - Price hike of Rs 10,000 BMW Motorrad has decided to hike the prices of its most affordable motorcycles - the G310R and the G310GS in India.
The G310R was earlier priced at Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and the G310GS carried a price tag of Rs 2.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Now both the bikes have seen a price increase of Rs 10,000 that takes the naked bikes price to Rs 2.60 lakh and the ADV’s price to Rs 3 lakh. This is the second time the company has increased the prices of these bikes this year.
Currently, both the bikes have been doing decent sales for the company. In fact, the G310GS has managed to gain more attraction than its naked sibling, thanks to its ADV genre and styling. So it was obvious that the German brand would eventually increase the prices in order to maximise their revenue.
