- New M1000XR spotted
- Gets a host of top-spec components
- Likely to come to India
We told you about BMW Motorrad's soon-to-be-launched M1000XR a few days ago. Today, we have a picture of that bike which was present at the 2023 Isle of Man TT.
The picture shows that the German brand has used many top-spec cycle parts to make the motorcycle go fast and save weight. But this approach is bound to increase the overall price of the bike, and in the case of this M1000XR, expect only a few riders to purchase it. The spotted motorcycle ran carbon rims with M rim tape, Metzeller K3 Racetec RR tyres, and blue M calipers at the front. It also gets an M performance bar, mirrors, a tinted screen, carbon wings, and an M titanium exhaust. To make the motorcycle more exclusive, the brand added the 'M X1000R' text on the handlebar.
There is no information on the bike's overall performance, but expect it to have increased power output. This will result in faster acceleration and an increase in the top speed. The 1000cc inline-four engine is known for its top-end performance, and with the new M 1000 XR, things would get super interesting.
BMW could unveil this motorcycle in the next few months and will start selling soon. A few examples of the M 1000XR will come to India but at an extremely high price.
