BMW Motorrad restarts dealerships in India

- Dealerships resume operations from 1 June 2020

- Vehicles will be sanitised before the delivery

- Customers to get a complimentary BMW Motorrad Care Kit on new purchases

BMW Group India has announced that the BMW Motorrad dealerships in the country have restarted operations from 1 June 2020. BMW Group India has implemented precautionary measures to create a safe working environment. These precautionary measures include remodelling of offices, plant and dealership layouts to ensure strict social distancing.

BMW Motorrad dealerships will ensure sanitisation of all display vehicles in showrooms. Moreover, new and serviced vehicles, which will be pre-sanitised before each delivery, will be handed over to customers at the location of their choice. The vehicles would also be sanitised before each test ride.

The group also announced Hygiene packages at all its dealerships. Customers will get a complimentary BMW Motorrad Care Kit on the purchase of every new BMW Motorrad vehicle (until 31 July 2020).

In other news, BMW Motorrad has updated its India portfolio with the launch of its new middleweight products, the F 900 R and the F 900 XR. The F 900 R naked roadster is priced at Rs 9,90,000 while the F 900 XR sports ADV tourer, which is available in Standard and Pro versions, is offered at Rs 10,50,000 and Rs 11,50,000 respectively.
