Bounce Infinity has launched the new E1X electric scooter in India at a starting price of Rs 55,000. The Infinity E1X is available in two variants with the top speed of the lower model capped at 55kmph while the other model can hit 65kmph.
The Infinity E1X is based on the company’s flagship, the Infinity E1 electric scooter. As is the case with the E1, the E1X also features swappable battery technology. Swappable batteries offer the convenience of replacing a depleted battery with a fully charged one in a matter of minutes. Since these batteries are removable they can also be hauled upstairs to one’s home or office and topped up. The Infinity E1X is also among the cheapest scooters available in the market with swappable battery technology.
The design, chassis, suspension and braking hardware of the Infinity E1X is similar to the rest of the E1 range. The scooter has an underbone frame that's suspended by a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers.
The Bounce Infinity E1X is almost half the price of the flagship scooter and presents itself as good value for those who want an electric scooter on a tight budget. It undercuts competition like the Ola S1X by approximately Rs 20,000.
