- Spotted in showroom-ready form
- Spy photograph reveals two colours
- India launch likely in August 2022
The upcoming Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has been spotted in production-ready form ahead of its India launch next month. The Hunter 350 was seen at what appears to be a dealer warehouse and the spy picture reveals two colour options. The paint themes include a single-tone silver shade and a white and blue dual-tone colour. The latter looks similar to the Lake Blue paint on the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
Other elements revealed in the spy photograph include round shape for the rear-view mirrors, tear-drop shaped fuel tank, asymmetrically-mounted instrument cluster, single-piece seat, a compact exhaust canister, and alloy wheels. Do note that the silver paint theme is equipped with wire-spoke wheels instead of alloy units.
The official details about the mechanical specifications are limited. However, a leaked type-approval document revealed that the Hunter 350 will draw 19.9bhp at 6,100rpm from its 349.34cc single-cylinder engine. Other details revealed via these documents include its dimensions; wheelbase of 1,370mm, width of 800mm, length of 2,055mm, and overall height of 1,055mm.
The new Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is expected to arrive in the Indian market in the first week of August 2022. Once launched, this motorcycle will rival the likes of Yamaha FZ25, Suzuki Gixxer, and Pulsar 250.
