- BS6 specs and prices revealed
- Dealerships resumed operations from May
- Delivery estimator function yet to be re-started
The BS6-compliant Jawa motorcycles have started to reach dealerships, as confirmed by the two-wheeler brand through its social media channels. The updated models feature a few tweaks to the engine to comply with the newest emission norms. The styling, on the other hand, remains similar to the BS4 motorcycles.
The mechanical specifications continue to include a 293cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The BS6 transition saw a marginal drop in power and torque output figures, and the latest iteration of the motor produces 26.1bhp and 27.05Nm. In comparison, the BS4-compliant engine developed 27bhp and 28Nm.
Apart from the technical specifications, Classic Legends has also posted the updated prices for the Jawa Classic and Forty-Two on the official website.
