CEAT Tyres has launched an interactive mobile application for its iOS and Android users. This new app is aimed towards consumers who are always on the go on their motorcycles and scooters.
The app provides easy access to crucial, on-the-go information including tyre care and safe riding tips. Besides this, the users can browse through CEAT’s product line up or avail geo-location services that will track the nearest CEAT dealers, petrol pump, cinema, coffee Shop or ATMs. Additional features also include prompt access to CEAT’s customer care and also a service that helps one to set vehicle maintenance reminder on the phone.
“The aim behind launching the CEAT app was to provide our customers with all relevant information on our products range, tyre maintenance reminders and dealer locator so as to make it convenient to choose, maintain and replace the tyres. We also wanted to give value added information pertaining to utility services. With smartphones becoming the primary device to access the internet, we are confident that this app shall add immense value to consumers on the move and help CEAT build enduring relationships with its consumers," said Nitish Bajaj, vice-president, marketing, CEAT Tyres.
