Cingularity introduces Go On range of fast USB chargers for two wheelers

Cingularity, a Bangalore-based outfit, has introduced a new range of USB chargers for motorcycles and Honda Activa, called Go On. The company claims that Go On is the country's first 3 amp charger for two wheelers, which significantly reduces the charging time. 

The Go On chargers can not only charge cell phones, but also other electronic devices like cameras, WiFi dongles, tablets, portable speakers and GPS devices among others. The on-board IC can diagnose what kind of device has been connected, and provide the required power accordingly. It also integrates short circuit protection to prevent damage to the vehicle and the electronic device. It has been designed to withstand harsh environments including rain and extreme temperatures ranging from -10°C to 60°C.

The Go On charger ships with a manual for a DIY installation of the device onto your two wheeler. It is offered with a one year warranty. There are three variants, the single port unit costs Rs 750, the double port unit costs Rs 950 while the one designed exclusively for the Honda Activa range costs Rs 600.
