Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has announced that it has resumed partial operations in the state of Kerala. Honda workshops have served over 500 customers. The company has announced that it is following the guidelines issued by the Government of Kerala.
Kerala Government has allowed two-wheeler workshops and spare parts shops to resume service-related work of immediate nature. Over 50 authorised Honda service workshops across the state are serving customers. The workshops are open for operations on Thursdays and Sundays, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
To ensure the safety of its customers and staff, all Honda workshops are adhering to strict safety and health protocols and preventive measures. Complete sanitisation of facilities are aimed to ensure safety at all customer interaction touchpoints. All staff members wear masks and maintain minimum one-meter distance at all times.
In the vehicle repair area, only alternate service bays are open. All vehicles are washed before repair. In the delivery area, all vehicles are being sanitized before final delivery to the customer.
To ensure that customers do not miss benefits such as free service, warranty and extended warranty, Honda has extended the validity for the same till 30th June 2020. The extension will be available for owners whose free service, warranty and extended warranty were scheduled between 15 March till the end of lockdown.
