DSK Benelli has brought in three new bikes to the India Bike Week this year. DSK MotoWheels will brand Keeway bikes as Benelli in India. The Keeway Blackster cruiser, Benelli Tre 1130 K and TNT 250 streetbike have been unveiled for the Indian market and will soon be available at an affordable price tag.
Originally from Hungary, Keeway has showcased the Blackster, a 250cc cruiser, as its first product in the Indian market. Benelli Keeway Blackster Cruiser is a smart Street cruiser bike and gets an all-black theme, highlighted with a chrome dual exhaust. The bike is powered by a 249cc, V-Twin, fuel injected air-cooled engine that churns out 19.18bhp of power and a torque of 18.70Nm. This motor comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
The Benelli Tre 1130 K is a dual-sport motorcycle that comes powered by a liquid cooled four-stroke three cylinder DOHC 1,130 cc engine. This mill is based on the design used in the Tornado Naked Tre 1130, or TnT and has a tubular frame.
The Benelli BN251/TNT250 is powered by a 249cc mill that churns out 24.2bhp of power and 21Nm of torque. The motor comes mated to a six-speed transmission. The bike stands tall as it has a seat height of 780 mm and a ground clearance of 130 mm. Its fuel tank capacity is 13.5-litres.
The Keeway brand sells motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, EVs across the world. The company will enter the Indian market with its Blackster cruiser which is expected to compete against the likes of the Bajaj Avenger 220 and the 350cc Royal Enfield motorcycles. These upcoming new segments are growing fast in India, and DSK aims to improve their presence with the launch of these new motorcycles.
