- Second round of DRE Individual Racetrack Training completed at MMRT, Chennai
- Designed not just for beginners but for experienced riders as well
- Held for two days on 21-22 June
Ducati India has successfully completed the second round of its DRE individual racetrack training session, powered by Shell Advance, at MMRT over the weekend. Conducted over two days on 21-22 June, the training session designed for experienced riders saw the participation of Ducati owners.
The DRE Individual Racetrack Training Session was crafted not only for beginner riders but also for experienced ones who are provided with the opportunity to train and learn from certified Ducati DRE trainers. Each participant was provided individual training throughout the day with unparalleled attention from the trainer who provided inputs and feedback to the rider in order to achieve the final goal of going faster around a race track. The participants were provided inputs on factors like correct riding position, correct view, braking, acceleration, braking position, pace management and racing line to name a few.
While the second round witnessed the participation of only four riders, the first round held at BIC in April had witnessed a total of eight participants for the program. The second round was conducted by two Ducati DRE trainers Gurvinder Singh and Anand Dharmaraj who provided one-on-one training to the participants.
The DRE Racetrack Training is aimed at providing riders with the basic nuances of track riding in a safe environment. At the same time, it also offers advanced riders an opportunity to enhance their strengths with skill sets and techniques.
