- Ducati Diavel 1260 S Black and Steel announced for international markets
- Changes limited to cosmetic upgrades
- Mechanical specifications retain 1,262cc engine
Ducati has unveiled a new variant of the Diavel 1260 S. The new variant of the power cruiser has been christened as the Black and Steel edition. This new version of the Diavel 1260 S will be available in select international markets from July 2021.
The company announced that the Diavel 1260 Black and Steel is inspired by the concept of the Diavel “Materico” that was presented in 2019 during the Milan Design Week. The special livery of the Black and Steel edition features asymmetrical graphics that combine glossy grey and matte black as the main colours. A shade of yellow is also added to the paint theme to give it a sporty look. The yellow colour is visible on the frame, the lower part of the tail, and on the dedicated seat badge.
The changes to the Ducati Diavel 1260 Black and Steel edition are limited to cosmetic upgrades. The mechanical specifications, on the other hand, retain the 1,262cc V-Twin, liquid-cooled motor that produces 157.3bhp at 9,500rpm and 129Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm.
The new Diavel 1260 S Black and Steel will be exhibited at the 2021 edition of the MIMO Motor Show from 10 to 13 June, 2021.
