- Based on the standardHypermotard 950
- Gets new livery
- Is equipped with a two-way quick shifter
Ducati has unveiled the Hypermotard 950 RVE for international markets.
The motorcycle is based on the standard Hypermotard 950 although with a new livery that has been taken from the Hypermotard 950 Concept showcased at the 2019 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. While Ducatis are generally known for their conservative, single-colour paint schemes, the RVE’s ‘Graffiti’ theme tells a different story. The red and black colour scheme features on the seat and rims and the bold decal on the tank completes its look.
Apart from the livery, the Hypermotard 950 RVE also comes equipped with a two-way quick shifter as standard. Nevertheless, the rest of the motorcycle remains the same as the standard model and comes powered by a 937cc, L-twin engine that delivers 112bhp and 96Nm.
While the Ducati Hypermotard 950 RVE will be available in other markets next month, it is unclear when the motorcycle will be introduced in India. However, if it does arrive, we can expect it to cost a slight premium over the standard model which costs Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
