The Hypermotard 950 RVE carries minimal bodywork that shows-off the chassis, subframe, and the engine of the motorcycle.
The motorcycle features design elements such as a single-pod headlight with twin LED DRLs, a beak-style front, knuckle-guards with integrated turn indicators, a flat seat, twin-pod exhausts, and a single-sided swingarm.
The RVE edition is distinguished from the standard model through its unique livery. This includes red and black base paint along with white graffiti-style graphics. This variant also gets red and black painted alloy wheels.
The red seat cover and a contrasting shade for the sub-frame further enhance the visuals of the motorcycle.
The feature list comprises a halogen headlight, LED taillight, LED turn indicators, and a 4.3-inch Panigale-inspired colour-TFT display.
The electronic rider aids include traction control system, wheelie control, engine brake control, cornering ABS, quickshifter, and three riding modes – Urban, Touring, and Sport.
The Hypermotard 950 range shares its 937cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with the new Monster and Multistrada V2. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is tuned to deliver 112.6bhp at 9,000rpm and 96Nm of peak torque at 7,250rpm.
The suspension setup on the motorcycle includes 45mm upside-down Marzocchi front forks and a Sachs rear mono-shock. The suspension hardware at the front is fully adjustable while the rear features a preload and rebound damping adjustment.
The braking duties are handled by twin 320mm discs with Brembo Monobloc four-piston callipers at the front and a single 245mm rotor with two-piston callipers at the back.
