Ducati India has introduced a new extended warranty programme for its entire motorcycle line-up in the country. Ever Red programme has been specifically created for the Indian market in partnership with Corporate Warranties India.
This programme offers 24-months unlimited mileage warranty for Ducati's entire line-up. It can be activated on the purchase of a new Ducati or during the standard warranty period. Ducatis with expired warranty can also be part of this scheme. However, only bikes that has been bought after March 2015 can be included in the Ever Red progamme. Also, these bikes need be subscribed before 30th June 2018.
The Ever Red programme is valid at all Ducati dealerships in the country and gets a starting price of Rs 22,000 for the Ducati Scrambler. Unfortunately, the company hasn't revealed the detailed pricing of its line-up and the parts covered under this extended warranty progamme.
Launching an extended warranty programme is an excellent step by Ducati. This will definitely help its customers when it comes to after sales activities.
