- Likely to be called V4 Granturismo
- Engine will be unveiled today
- Bike unveil happens on 4 November
Ducati has finally released its fourth teaser of the soon-to-be unveiled Multistrada V4. This teaser released a brand new name – the V4 Granturismo.
This makes us believe that the Italian brand would launch a new brand for its V4 tourer and that means the current generation of Multistrada will continue to be on sale. This new engine will be revealed today and the production ready bike will hit the internet on 4 November.
The company has claimed that this new bike will get a new, light and compact V4 engine that will come with record-breaking maintenance intervals. It will also get a new radar tech has been developed and produced in close cooperation with Bosch. Each radar has compact dimensions (70 x 60 x 28 mm), weighing only 190 grams. The radar in the front controls the operation of the ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) while the rear radar detects and report vehicles positioned in the blind spot through the BSD (Blind Spot Detection) system.
We can expect this bike to come to India sometime next year and when it does it is likely to be one of the most technologically advanced bikes to be ever sold in India.
