Ducati has finally pulled the wraps off their most power naked motorcycle ever – the Monster 1200R. The Italian manufacturer unveiled this motorcycle at the ongoing 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Monster dates back to 1992 with the 900cc and since then, it has seen lot of iterations with the 1200R being the latest one. Check out the detailed picture gallery of the Ducati Monster 1200R.
The Monster 1200R is powered by a new version of the 1198cc Testastretta V-twin engine.
It carries the same aggressive design styling from the headlamp all the way till the tail section.
The Monster 1200R is equipped with new black 48mm fully adjustable Ohlins suspension setup.
It gets forged alloy wheels with Pirelli Supercorsa SP tyres wrapped around it.
Braking is taken care by two radially mounted M50 calipers acting on two 330mm discs at the front.
The Monster 1200R gets three riding modes – Sport, Touring and Urban.
This Italian motorcycle comes with the traditional Ducati Safety Pack as standard.
